Eagle Renovation

When we were first hired for this project, this home was dark and dated. We began by lightening up everything, from the walls to the concrete flooring. Changing the color of the stained concrete proved to be a challenge as we searched for a local vendor who would work in an existing home with obstructions like cabinets and baseboards. Luckily for us, this home had large, beautiful windows that gave us so much natural light. We refreshed the furnishings and kitchen cabinets and refinished the living room built-ins in a modern grey. The end result was a space that is polished, lived-in, and inviting.
